Alan,

I am going to staying @ River Lodge this summer... is it legal to light an anchor buoy?  So returning from a night cruise, my buoy is very easy to spot?  Nothing blinking or flashing... just, well... internally lit.

Thanks,

Joe

No problem, Joe.

Just make sure it's out of the normal traffic pattern.
